The Civil Division is responsible for civil process throughout all Niagara County. This includes the cities of Niagara Falls, North Tonawanda and Lockport in addition to twelve townships and nine villages. The Civil Office is located in Building #2 at the Niagara County Sheriff's Department. Business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
