The Niagara County Drug Task Force is a combined forces unit comprised of police officers from the cities of Lockport, North Tonawanda, Niagara Falls and Investigators of the Niagara County Sheriff's Department. Under the direction of a chief investigator provided by the Sheriff of Niagara County, this unit utilizes the resources of each member agency in an effort to enforce New York State Laws regarding the sale and possession of illegal drugs. In addition, task force personnel work in cooperation with federal, state and local law enforcement agencies to halt the distribution of illegal drugs in Niagara County.
