Hair: Black Eyes: Brown Race: Spanish Tatoo/Scars: Left Arm - Two Birds Kissing, Large surgical scar from neck to abdomen Language: Speaks Spanish Wanted on a Niagara County Indictment for Rape 1st Degree (3 counts), Sexual Abuse 1st Degree (3 counts) Benedicto has a brother Andrino E. Lopez (08/07/72) who may be helping Benedicto avoid police contact. Benedicto is in the United States illegally from Guatamala.

ODISH had been previously indicted for Felony Burglary, Grand Larceny and Conspiracy. ODISH has relatives in Canada and frequently travels between the Detroit, Michigan and Windsor, Ontario areas, ODISH has contacts in convenient stores both in the United States and Canada. ODISH's last known address was in Southfold, Michigan.

On Jan. 12, ROBSON plead guilty to a Superior Court Information charging him with FELONY Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree and was released on his own recognizance pending the Feb. 23rd sentencing. ROBSON has friends in Niagara Falls, NY and Ontario, Canada. He frequently travels between the United States & Canada.

WILLSEA has lived in the City of Buffalo, NY and in Livingston County, NY, and has relatives in the southern tier of New York State. He has previously worked as a laborer in the scrap industry.
